Which models are affected?
UK Hotpoint dishwashers manufactured between January 1999 and September 2003 with the following model numbers –
Hotpoint recommend not to leave the dishwasher unattended while in use, “for your peace of mind”. I recommend not to leave any dishwasher, tumble dryer or washing machine unattended when in use to reduce the seriousneness of consequences if they catch fire (Fire risks in appliances).
