A safety notice has been issued for Logik LVD7W15 tumble dryers manufactured between March and April 2016. The heating element in affected dryers can potentially overheat and catch fire. If you have one of these dryers, stop using it immediately.
Logik LVD7W15 tumble dryers manufactured between March 2016 and April 2016 have been identified as having a serious safety issue. The heating element can overheat and catch fire. Unplug the dryer and do not use it until it has been made safe by Currys.

Logik is a brand sold exclusively through Currys. The model number and serial number can be found on a label behind the door of the dryer.
What to Do

Stop using the dryer and unplug it from the mains immediately. Do not use it again until the safety repair has been carried out.
