This is a rare recall by Miele, one of the highest quality washing machines in the UK market. These washing machines are the commercial range of washing machines.
Miele have realised that hot water and foam could suddenly escape through the detergent dispenser drawer under a certain combination of conditions when used on the Kitchen Linen programme on commercial washer-extractors from the PW 6055 and PW 6065 series produced since November 30, 2009.
Unfortunately due to the way the Trading Standard’s web site is designed I can’t currently link to specific product recalls so I’ve had to reproduce their recall notice below. But here is a link to their Product Recalls List as it’s a good idea to check there regularly for all product recall updates.
