Sadly, there are 2 more white goods appliances that have been identified as having a serious safety issue, and could potentially catch fire in our homes. This time they are tumble dryers that are manufactured by Beko & Blomberg. The affected dryers are 8 & 9 kg condenser tumble dryers manufactured between May and November 2012.
There’s not a lot to say about this issue other than these dryers are quite old now, so hopefully most of them have been fixed by now. However, tumble dryers can sometimes last a long time, so this article is left up just in case.
