I was just happy to have my Maxine working again and that everything was in working order

I was sad that it cost a fee of over £100 to be told that the plug had not been pushed in far enough. It broke down 5 years ago and l had to get the machine pulled out to turn the electricity off and we could not get the machine back into position and l could not afford to have an engineer to come and sort it out. I now have an extension lead so this won’t happen again. The reason l could not put the plug in far enough because l have now been told l have to have an operation on my hand. I must say that l am pleased to have my Maxine working again. Evelyn Reeves

Great service. Clear communication. Friendly and excellent technician.

Had them come fix my cooker hood and they did a stellar job. The repairman knew his stuff and saved me the trouble of buying a replacement.

The advice was very good luckily no repair was required just a good defrosting overnight which we did and it worked perfectly.
