Find an Engineer is a directory and search service. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Whitegoods Help does not select or allocate an engineer;
• visitors contact listed businesses directly;
• listed businesses operate independently;
• Whitegoods Help does not make or manage the repair booking;
• the repair contract is between the customer and the business chosen;
• the business determines its own prices, work, personnel and warranties; and
• Whitegoods Help is not responsible merely because a business appears in the directory.

Check prices, insurance, qualifications, registrations, service coverage, cancellation terms and warranties directly with the business before instructing it.

A check or badge relates only to the specific matter described and the position when it was checked. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, workmanship or repair outcome.

Businesses applying for or maintaining listings must also agree to the Find an Engineer Business Listing Agreement.

Ratings and reviews are governed by the Find an Engineer Reviews Policy.
