Use at your peril, was advised by engineer that Samsung fridge/freezer ice maker was irreparable. Has been fixed by authorised repairer and refund for call out is proving to be very difficult!!

They came to service my integrated dishwasher the next day, couldn’t fix it so arranged a replacement for the following day, fitted it, took my old one away. Fitters were helpful and polite. Couldn’t fault them. Very pleased.

I feel completely robbed! The engineer turned up hours late, only to tell me that my washing machine wasn't worth fixing. He took my £78 and told me he'd get back to me with some quotes to supply and install a new machine, but he didn't bother getting back to me. Such a waste of time and money. So disappointed!

Engineer cleared a blocked pump rather than simply install a new one saving me money. Friendly and helpful
