You sent an engineer who came promptly, identified the problem and returned with a needed spare part. Washing machine now fixed.

Operative arrived at the appointed time and date. He was personable and efficient, carrying out a sound repair to the broken dishwasher door he came to inspect. Clearly competent and we're happy with the result.

The engineer came out quickly after our initial enquiry and text messages kept us up to date with his time of arrival. He found the problem, and as parts needed ordering, made a further appointment to return a few days later. Tad was polite, punctual and got the job done. Great!

Tad gave advance notice that he was on his way. He was pleasant and efficient. He diagnosed that the machine needed more expensive repairs than was practical and recommended that it should be replaced.
