My oven decided to pack up the day before Good Friday which was annoying as I was expecting family for dinner on Easter Sunday. Called Jonathan and they arranged for an engineer to come at the earliest opportunity which unfortunately due to the bank holiday was on the Tuesday, but this was fine with us and expect it would have been sooner if not for the bank holiday. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly, showed me the parts, and quoted a very fair price with no hidden fees. He had the necessary parts with him and completed the repair in under an hour. The oven is now working perfectly again. I’m really impressed with how straightforward and stress-free the whole process was. Great communication, honest pricing, and proper workmanship. Highly recommened and will definitely use them again if needed.

I'm not able to give a higher rating as the job hasn't been completed . The engineer was very professional and assessed what parts would be needed. I'm still waiting to hear back from him. I will revise my rating once the job is complete.

Appointment was made promptly. Engineer arrived on time and knew what he was talking about. The repair was not completed at this visit as we are awaiting spares.
