Toucan Appliances Ltd

David the engineer advised when he would arrive to repair my washer/dryer. He was very efficient, showed me what was the problem and the very low meter reading, replaced the part and then showed me the new higher meter reading. He ran the machine to test it and wiped it down. He was pleasant, polite and I am happy to recommend the service you offer.

Using Toucan Appliances made booking a repair easy. Some challenge with communication once passed to the technician but once booked in happy with the service offered.

Really helpful and kind Fixed our problem in minutes Excellent care Thank you

Prompt & efficient service - would use again.

Friendly professional service, problem quickly identified and fixed.

Would highly recommend Toucan Appliances. We dealt initially with Sarah who was able to book us a next day appointment for an engineer to take a look at our freezer which had packed up after a short power outage. The engineer Mohammad contacted me direct and was able to squeeze me in the same afternoon (thus saving a freezer full of food). He was methodical and diagnosed the problem and solution quickly. I considered the total cost for the new part and labour very reasonable and Mohammad called me this evening to check that everything was working satisfactorily - a very nice touch. Great company to deal with 👍🏻

The repair was quick , and engineer explained everything .

Toucan Appliances came out to fix our dishwasher 4 days after my call. The problem was dealt with efficiently. I would have given 5 stars if the repair had been prompter.
