The repair was diagnosed quickly and efficiently, the engineer was polite and friendly, he ordered the new parts and fitted them when they came a couple of days later, tested and okayed it's working well. Very pleased with company.

This was a very efficient and helpful company. Everything from start to finish was easy and stress-free. My repair could have been within 24 hours , but I had to request a few days later (due to my shift pattern at the hospital). Once my chosen date was booked , one of their seconded repairers (Total Alliance Repair) were in touch within 15 mins to confirm details about faults to my washing machine and arrange a time slot. The repairer/engineer was on time on the scheduled day. He worked quickly to identify the issues, and was able to repair my machine within about 30 mins, as he had the 2 parts needed on his van. He cleaned up everything and waited to see the machine start it's washing cycle. The call out charge which included labour was highly competitive, and cheaper than others, and the parts I had to purchase were reasonable. Very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend both Chris and Total Alliance Repairs.

Just moved into flat realised deep freeze wasn't working with a load of food! Went on line found Total Appliance Repair came straight away. Took no time at all to find the problem (fan had got stuck) asked fitter about hob as that wasn't working. Took it to pieces realised I needed a new gas hob!! Fitted yesterday. They are also looking into changing dishwasher for a tumble dryer. One phone call and they are doing me proud. Can't speak high enough of them. Excellent firm. 👍
