Total Appliance Care Ltd

Very helpful & patient considering the line was a bit dodgy & I had to repeat the information numerous times

Very professional from the start.

Booked the repair on line for my range cooker, with no fuss and a good choice of appointments. Was contacted by the repair team on the day to confirm the date, and contacted on the day half an hour before on the day. The two gentlemen who turned up were excellent, found the problem straight away. (It wasn't the cooker, it was the plug socket, which they do not deal with). However they did say that after I fixed the problem, if there was any other problems with the cooker, they would come back at no charge. It was an excellent service from start to finish. And I'd like to thank the guys at TAC LTD....... you were right and the cooker is working fine 😁.

Friendly engineer, kept me informed at all times

Good communication and clear on pricing. Arrived when expected and assessed the job. Provided advice and a part was needed, so came back to fit this on another day when the part arrived. All went smoothly, very professional

Leon was excellent, polite and efficient.

Really good quick repair, turned up when they said and carried out the works to our Rangemaster door.

Prompt response and well executed
