All very exceptable as a repair service

Spoke to a lovely lady. She listened patiently,did not rush me. Gave me precise information re payment etc. Very efficient.

I registered for Junaid but got the service from a sub-contractor who came a few days after the call and did not thoroughly check my dishwasher. Had he done that, he would have realized the dishwasher probably dried up and was actually working on that day. The technician instead told my wife the appliance was too old and should be replaced. He proposed a number of options which were about 50% over market price, which I did not accept. I instead rewired the dishwasher and tried it up to find out it was in full working order. I've done ~200 washes since without problem. I'm therefore displeased that this company aims to replace appliances rather than repair them, whereas I've paid a hefty fee to get a repair. I'm also displeased that the company directs happy customers to trustpilot and unhappy customers to their internal feedback form. This feels unfair and dishonest. The sub-contracting nature of the relationship was also a surprise

I’m only commenting on the phone service to arrange the engineer to come out as the job hasn’t been done yet. Phone was answered on first ring - job arranged for following working day . Helen who answered was very helpful. Let’s hope the service engineer is the same .

The engineer managed to fix the dishwasher which had been broken for some time, which save us getting a new one. He was very polite and explained the issue clearly.

He coped very well with a difficult and messy job.

The engineer turned up at the hour I needed him, was polite and efficient and solved the problem.

Outstanding service, dealt with our repair issues effectively. Excellent communications throughout, extremely professional. We will definitely use this service again and recommend Top Freeze to friends, family and colleagues.
