The engineer arrived on time, was very friendly and fixed the problem.

Although the fault lay outside the machine - a wiring fault in the power supply - it was quickly identified without any further cost.

Our engineer, Paul, got on with the job and checked the fridge freezer for the cause of the fault (icing-up of the freezer section). He removed the blockage that was causing the issue and confirmed that the electrics were all functioning correctly. I was pleased to get his advice on what to do if the problem returned (buy a new fridge freezer rather than seek a repair). My only complaint is that I had to phone up the engineer when he didn't turn up in the booked morning slot. But he did arrive in the afternoon the same day.

The whole process was very easy and efficient from the original phone call reporting the fault on my washing machine to the engineer coming out to repair it. Everybody was polite and friendly and washing machine was fixed promptly.

Yvonne took my call and was helpful and efficient. She took plenty of details and booked me in on a day to suit me. I’m confident that my appliance will be fixed equally efficiently.

Very honest approach from the engineer saved a lot of money. Refreshing!
