Gas engineer sorted oven temporarily for which I was very grateful, and will return with new knob to replace broken one in a week.

Great communication had tracker and updates as the day went on to when he would arrive , even called to let me know the status ,,, once here very knowledgeable and explained everything to me what the issue was , also recommended an update to the fridge to prevent future issues ,,,
