I made an appointment online, and then an engineer called Tom rang me that evening to confirm what the problem was. He rang me before he came to confirm the exact time he would come. He found that he needed a part and he quoted me the exact price. He then came back as promised a few days later and fitted it. It is now functioning perfectly.
