I'm really glad I found Michael via Google. The experience couldn't have been better. The expert who came arrived exactly on time, carried out a thorough examination of the washing machine and was polite and helpful, explaining everything clearly. Sadly, our washing machine couldn't be mended because the circuit board had died and a new one was prohibitively expensive and out of stock anyway, but he put us in touch with a wonderful local company and two days later they delivered a new machine. So it was a great experience all round and I would definitely use Michael again in the future.

Came as arranged. Did a good evaluation of problem which unfortunately was not fixable. Call out charge reasonable. Offered replacement at competitive price. We decided to wait until machine becomes unusable but this is good company to call for breakdown fixing on household machines.

Smooth online booking service. An engineer came the next day. Great communication online and with the engineer. Transparency with regard to cost. I will definitely use Michael again.
