Fantastic- so far! Saw local fridge/freezer repair on line offering same day/ next day service. Rang to book home visit: call answered quickly by Becky- friendly, professional & stated that engineer would call sometime pm to arrange time. Within 5 minutes engineer (Lee) rang to enquire re problem, gave some advice & arranged time. All really painless, very reassuring and looking forward to having my fridge/ freezer diagnosed, repaired & working again.

Yvonne was very helpful on the phone and organised an engineer straight away. She located a previous record as I didn’t know some of the info of the appliance and seemed very happy to help
