The service from start to finish was excellent. The response time to book the appointment for the gas engineer was very good. The engineer arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. I would highly recommend this company.

The call handler was efficient and helpful and stated that she felt they could help. The fact that the charges were made clear at the onset, £75 plus parts ( if needed) gave me confidence to go ahead and book.
