My call was answered promptly and I spoke to a polite lady. The process was made clear and, currently, the repair is waiting for a part, which is on order. Can’t fault anything at this time. I’m confident it will be fixed in due course.

Very helpful response from Kris with their plumber contacting me within the hour to arrange a time to visit. Repair was completed very quickly the following day and the plumber was friendly, polite and helpful, giving additional information regarding the problem. Will definitely be using Kris again for support!
