Firstly, for an absolute technophobe, the website was so easy to use to book my repair. Chris, who travelled from Blackburn to Thornton-Cleveleys, was very prompt. He introduced himself and was extremely polite. He was thorough with locating the cause of my machine not working. Unfortunately my washing machine could not be fixed there and then. Due to the expense of the electrical system required, we decided to purchase a new machine. That said, I highly recommend.

Fantastic service. The engineer communicated prior to the visit and told us when he would be arriving. Sadly our fridge freezer was beyond economical repair because it was losing gas. He didn’t mess about trying to fix it or create work. He also gave us a reduction on the call out fee as it was a fast diagnosis. Definitely recommend this company. Straight up and honest
