Engineer came day after I reported fault. Identified and fixed the problem. Was courteous and helpful. Cost of repair was clearly explained when booking.

From start to finish Robinson & Sons did everything they said they would, promptly and at a very fair price. Graeme, who fixed my cooker without fuss, was a very clean worker and a pleasant man. The helpful lady who took my calls and explained everything was very pleasant too. I would definitely recommend this excellent service.

Made appt to have washing machine checked engineer came next day and txt to give rough time also rang to get some info on problem,call out fee was expensive£90 however was told by engineer that would cover several visits if necessary good advice given very professional unlike some other companies I contacted would use again as the saying goes you get what you pay for

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO SEE MY FRIDGE,FREEZER ,HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND WAS ABLE TO GET A PART AND FIX IT ,I AM DELIGHTED THAT ITS WORKING FINE NOW . WELL DONE TO THE MAN WHO HAD A BIT OF A JOB MOVING IT ,BUT HE NEVER GAVE UP ,SO VERY HAPPY .

From the first phone call everything ran smooth , Engineer Graeme arrived at the time he said he would be there to have a look at my dryer , he diagnosed the problem and said he would need to order a part and said he would phone me when he had the part , he phoned me within a couple of days made arrangements to fit the part and everything was up and running , first class engineer and a very nice person as well , any questions I asked he answered very confidentiality I felt , thank you very much well done ✅

The engineer arrived when he said he would I explained what was wrong and he immediately knew what to do, very knowledgeable engineer. Had my machine working again in no time
