The engineer was excellent explaining that all modern machines have the same spin problem and there was nothing wrong with mine apart from rearranging my load and retrying the spin program which worked

Top service from start to finish. Call answered quickly, she was friendly and helpful, next-day appointment made. Texts and calls received to confirm appointment and ETA. Engineer on time, he was friendly, helpful and fixed the problem quickly. Exactly what I needed, very pleased.
