The engineer turned up and told me what I already knew which was my appliance wasn’t working the only thing the engineer did was touch the inside of my fridge and said the motors fine but it wasn’t working properly . He didn’t try to mend it he never even got his tools out of his bag and that was it he left with the call out fee of £80 I didn’t mind paying the call out fee as long as the engineer would at least had a closer inspection of the fridge before condemning it .

He contacted me. Told me when he would arrive. He very courteously diagnosed my machine as ‘dead’! Gave advice on where to get a new one.
