The engineer came on time but could not fixed the machine it needed parts I decided to buy a new machine.

Really good service from Steve, who we used for first time. Booked an engineer easy online + a got a friendly , non-pushy, call from customer service to arrange a visit to inspect a washer/dryer the next day. The engineer was Steve from R2A who visited on time, quickly detected and corrected the problem (user error by the tenant) and provided feedback to the landlord. Good price for all this work and even better when he returned, at no cost, to correct the same problem again from the tenant who was not listening the first time. Only left when machine was working as designed and the tenant user totally understood what to do. Absolutely recommend Steve at R2A and Steve. Will deffo use again! Well done everyone involved here!

Steve very professional identified problem but parts no longer available for my model of combi microwave he was very happy to give advice on other hotpoint products we could replace the microwave with it was very much appreciated excellent service provided
