Paul answered my call promptly and efficiently. Paul , the electrician called the same day . He changed the grill element on our Bosch oven the next day. Great service !

Paul from P J Appliances happily changed the original appointment time to meet my requirements. He came the day after I'd rung for help. He immediately found the reason for the constantly clicking ignition on my gas hob and quickly fixed it. He checked it a few times and advised me how to avoid it happening again. Paul was very professional and friendly. I would 100% use him again and recommend him. Thank you.

The repair was done swiftly by a great engineer. At first we didn’t think our range cooker could be fixed but the engineer found a way! Fantastic job for just £96!!!!! Heartily recommend :)

Great Service, very friendly

The engineer was very helpful in providing useful advice for what to look out for on our cooker. Advised against a service which was good, stated our cooker did not need it, saving on costs. Explained other areas to look out for. Suggested choices, which affect price for componentry. Overall an excellent service so far. We are waiting for a component, which has been ordered. Keep it up.

Prompt and efficient service to fix a Bosch washing machine. Engineer arrived at the right time. He took the time to explain 1) the issue 2) how he was resolving/fixing it and 3) how I could potentially deal with similar issues in the future. Very thorough, using a camera to determine if any blockages had been overlooked.
