Nice polite engineer, the compressor needed replacing at a cost of about £500 to £600. I decided to buy a new freezer for £638. Very nice engineer though and he explained the problem very clearly.I would use this company again if needed

It was very easy to book an appointment, the engineer rang to arrange a convenient time and he turned up when he said he would, all good. He fixed the problem and was very polite. Happy customer.
