Exactly the service I was hoping for, a prompt appointment (specified to a half day) followed by a call the day before with more info. Repair done without parts being needed - just the skill of the engineer. Gave a bit of advise to avoid it happening again. Friendly and trustworthy. I would completely recommend.

yvonne was very helpful and professional. She was familiar with the problem I have encountered with our washing machine and was able to arrange an appropriate service man to come and fix it in a reasonable time frame.
