First time used O & R Appliances and overall was quite satisfied with the experience. They promptly organised an engineer to repair a faulty Beko oven ( oven heating element) Sadly on his first (Wayne) he brought the wrong spare element however another visit was promptly arranged. We were very impressed with Wayne. Even though the range oven was difficult to move he applied himself until he successfully got the oven moved so he could work on the rear section. I believe other engineers would have given up at this stage. Wayne also helped us to clean all glass by removing the glass from the doors, this was much appreciated as it was not included in the fixed fee. Cannot praise Wayne highly enough.
