Hi After the first visit he ordered the grill element and then he came back after 10 to fix it.Do we need that long I don't know.Otherwise ok

A few good points that I like to point out as compared with other firms that provide 1 year cover, I find a) the Huseyin operates in the system whereby the customer can talk to the engineer first after the booking is made. With this, the engineer would have the first hand of knowing what went wrong instead of getting it from staff who are not engineers or a technicians. b) The staff at Huseyin seemed to be able to speak to the engineers for my technical questions while I was on the phone before talking to the engineer finally assigned. c) The Engineer Huseyin Huseyin assigned to came as arranged, he was polite and helpful to questions I asked regarding the product that needed inspection. He did just so properly and assured there was nothing wrong with my oven. A very pleasant responsive engineer easy to communicate with. For the above reasons which all pointed to that there was no time wasted in clarifying issues, which might be a bit more unusual such as mine, before giving a go -ahead for the booking and without such thing called transfers. I am willing to use Huseyin platform again if need to, though there was a mixed up with the date of booking. Yet as said earlier, the direct contact with the engineer I was able to confirm the correct date with him directly.

Huseyin, the fitter, called ahead to say when he would be arriving and was on time. He was a really nice guy and was able to fix my cooker in no time.

Booking an engineer was very easy. Notifications were very good. Our Engineer arrived on time, and was friendly and efficient. The problem turned out to be a very easy fix, ( thank goodness)! Would 100% use them again.
