The engineer arrived on time, well presented, polite and courteous. He got to work immediately and after a short while, gave us the bad news that our dishwasher was "not financially" repairable, not the news we would have liked, but a fair and honest result, instead of 'paying over the top' for repairs, I managed to buy a new machine for slightly less. The booking system was faultless and the service was otherwise great
