Very helpful on the phone to arrange a visit to look at our dishwasher. All clear on what's included, and not, in the visit.

Gino came out to repair our washing machine and found that it could be many things wrong but he found a very badly kinked water pipe going into the machine and replaced it and hopefully it has sorted it out. Gino was a great ambassador for your company. Many thanks North London Domestic Appliances

I was impressed with the real ability of the service- from speaking to customer service personnel to the engineer's visit .As told the engineer informed me when he was on his way. He was punctual and transparent about the problem. A good service for which I would recommend.

Excellent and reasonably priced

They were efficient prompt and very reasonable priced. I will definetly use them again instead of the insurance care plan I always used.
