Very efficient, Nas, the engineer came within a couple of days, as agreed. Kept me updated as to arrival time. Explained the problem and showed how to rectify it if it happened again. No extra charges Would recommend

Booking was easy and I didn’t have to wait too long for an appointment. The engineer gave me a decent heads up of the timing, turned up when he said he would, and fixed my hob. I am delighted, and will use the company again if I need to.
