This company was dreadful to work with. They charged a call out fee and costs to fix my dishwasher. When it broke 4 hours later with the same fault, it was impossible to reach someone on the phone and they told me they would charge another call out fee of £90 to fix the problem that they hadn’t fixed the first time. I will never use this company again.

Booking was easy and cost explained upfront. The engineer communicated well and arrived on time. He swiftly assessed the situation and recommended what needed to happen without any bias towards costly solutions. He tested the fix and we were thrilled to have had such an easy experience. Would use again and recommend.

WE WERE KEPT WELL INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. IDENTIFIED THEV ISSUE WITH THE NEFF OVEN AND ISOLATED THE PROBLEM,ENABLING THE OVEN TO REMAIN IN USE WHILE WAITING REPLACEMENT PARTS. GIVEN REGULAR UPDATES OF TIME THE ENGINEER WOULD RETURN TO FIT REPLACEMENT ELEMENT AND FAN.

Easy straightforward efficient excellent service

Turned up the same day, they guys were great - full oh knowledge and fixed my fridge in 10 mins. The best thing was they fully explained the problem and hung around for 10 mins to ensure the fix addressed all the issues . Top guys!
