Excellent service

I was sceptical about using this company when my freezer broke down because I've had my fair share of dealing with bogus and unprofessional trades people. Stefan standards are second to none. I was given an appointment same day and they are pricing is reasonable. Stefan, the engineer was friendly yet professional and respectful. He did a fantastic job and explained what the issue was. My freezer is now working perfectly since the repair. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of using their service. There aren't many companies out there who still care about their standards like Stefan so I'm so glad I found them! I will use this company again.

The electrical engineer who came to repair our oven was very polite and courteous. He had to come back to fix the oven fault, That was a week later, but obviously the spare had to be got. The cooker is now working again. Excellent job done.

Even though my fridge freezer was unable to be repaired, this was not the fault of Stefan, the very helpful engineer who came out. He was very knowledgeable and patient and a lovely calm individual. A credit to your business. He gave me great advice which has enabled me to purchase another fridge freezer.

Excellent work, engineer turned up on time, straight on with the job, worked constantly for 2hours to solve the issue. Altogether a perfect result from an excellent young engineer. Thank you.
