My call was answered quickly and Yvonne was very friendly and engaged, noting all the details I had found out about what the fault would likely be. She provided clear information about expected cost and also understood that I may cancel if I could get an alternative engineer out earlier.

Whatever you do today, do not contact NAC (Domestic Appliances) (Domestic Appliances). They will charge in advance. Trying to actually get them to return or source parts is near impossible. AI chat that won’t help, website wanting more payment, AI voice agents with everything excuses. Telephone lines turned off. Emails ignored. Promised deadlines missed. Truly one of the worse companies, hiding behind slick branding and modern technology. Don’t make the call to them, you will regret it!

Very easy and timely service.

A phone call to the helpful receptionist quickly connected us to a same day engineer (Daniel). He arrived promptly and was able to clearly explain the problem and deal with it cheerfully. Great service all round.

Booking staff were lovely and the guy who came to diagnose the issue was great. But £100 upfront for labour with a guarantee of no further labour costs to then get a quote of £175 for two carbon brushes that can be found anywhere online for approximately £12 shows the company has adopted a model of trying to trap their customers into paying extortionate amounts for parts by holding the upfront labour costs. Basically ive paid £100 to have the piss taken out of me. Lovely
