Having to wait two weeks for the repair

My washing machine engineer called Hayden was very nice and very knowledgeable . He sorted out my machine and gave me some really good advice and tips. If I have another problem I will definitely call NAC (Domestic Appliances) and ask for Hayden.

The ice maker on our 3 year old Samsung American fridge freezer broke down and I contacted Haydn for repairs. The booking process online and via WhatsApp was straight forward and worked well however, specifying a time slot was not possible. However, Haydn communicated well and let me know prior to the engineer arriving. The fault was found, parts ordered and promptly fitted within a week. Impressed with the professional service. Would use again if needed.

Very happy with the service provided, friendly engineer, clear communication and worked in good time on identifying the problem and then fixing. There was a big delay from initial visit to the repair with limited communication that could be improved going forward.
