The booking process was easy and efficient. The engineer attended as planned and called just before he arrived. He did a temporary repair on my dishwasher as he needed to order a part, and then came back a week later to finish the job. Everything was perfect and I’d definitely recommend them.

The engineer was extremely thorough, professional and completed the repair promptly. I felt he knew exactly what he needed to do and then checked all other areas so that machine is like new (is in fact 15 years old). Thanks for really great service!

We were incredibly impressed by NAC (Domestic Appliances)! The service given was quick & efficient. Very easy to book and good communication throughout. Dylan arrived on time on both occasions and was friendly polite and professional. The repair was done very quickly, and the cost was much less than we anticipated. We very much recommend this company and will most definitely call on them again should we require further assistance in the future. 100% satisfaction!
