From the initial phone call to enquire and book a repair the whole process was straightforward. The administrator o spoke to was extremely helpful and informative advising about what I could expect from the repair. The engineer was lovely. Rang to inform of ETA, arrived promptly and introduced himself. Got to work right away, identified problem and talked me through exactly what was wrong. Repair was simple. Advised on maintenance to avoid it happening again. Delighted to have found this company. Reasonably priced compared to actual manufacturer who had a 4 week wait for repair and cost nearly triple.

After two new washing machines when I didn't need to buy a new one. Finally a company/ repair person that didn't rip me off and told me simply that it was the Bushes and replaced them.

Great service from Coby. We booked a same day appointment for refrigerator repair. The engineer contacted us to advise when he would arrive. He was very professional and gave our refrigerator a good check (he was there about 45mins) and found only a minor problem. Even though the issue was not as bad as we thought, it was worth the cost. We would definitely us Coby again.

Bit expensive but the service was quick and efficient Cody was friendly and got the job done in good time

The booking experience was straightforward

I had the element in my main oven replaced and the 2 half grills replaced in my top oven. A very pleasant lad called Coby carried out the work and I am very pleased with it.
