Excellent service from George to fix our AEG washing machine. Arrived on time, extremely courteous and virtually a perfectionist to ensure appliance ran smoothly again. Would definitely recommend.

The company’s systems are pretty good, easy online appointment booking and follow up, their pricing is quite clear and our engineer George Botov was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. George visited 3 times and it was a pleasure to see him and of course he fixed our appliance - thank you :)

George worked on our 20 year old Maytag fridge freezer ordered part came back 1 week later and fitted them great great service and in this day and age good value for money

I was kept informed about the expected time of arrival. The engineer was professional , smart , friendly and soon discovered the problem with the machine. It didn’t need a part and he was able to fix it there and then. I am very impressed by his efficiency.
