The engineer came the same day and found the problem pdq. I'm now waiting to see if the appropriate part can be obtained as the machine is fairly old. If it's still available then a return visit will be arranged. The service itself is second to none.

First impressions of NAC (Domestic Appliances) repair is very positive. I spoke to Sarah who was very helpful and took details of the issues I was encountering with my washing machine. She explained that this would be passed on to an engineer who would be in touch by 6pm the day before my visit (I called Monday afternoon and the engineer is coming on Wednesday (not urgent)). She then went into explain the initial call out charge and what that covered. Happy with this I paid this and am now waiting on the engineer. The call was immediately followed up by a message to confirm what was going to happen. Excellent customer service so far and a pleasure to deal with this company.
