Spoke to Sarah at Robert regarding a problem with my washing machine. She was very helpful, sorted out an engineer visit within minutes. Excellent customer service, friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the call.

Pleasant technician who arrived on time and completed the job with a minimum of hassle, which I thought it might have been.

Engineer was very mannerly, completed the work quickly and efficiently them tidied up after he finished, Thank you.

Unfortunately we had a really poor experience with NAC (Domestic Appliances). Dishwasher was initially repaired with new part but problem persisted. A follow up visit was repaired which they found 'no fault' and we were duly charged for. Issue still persisted which was sent with video evidence to show their repair was incorrect... which was completely ignored. Communication slow and deaf toned - they request various pieces of evidence from you to then not acknowledge it and construct a story that fits their narrative and ignores evidence from your side. Over £200 spent for our dishwasher to be as broken as before - with the added bonus on being reinstalled squint and with missing screws! Also not signed up to am alternative dispute resolution scheme.

Excellent service from the start to the finish ,the company was very professional,helpful and easy to deal with . A special mention to repair man Robert , was friendly polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was I also liked the fact that the repair guy let me know he was on way , .the repair has been fixed first class job Would recommend this company

Engineer attended as scheduled for fridge freezer repair as result of my booking online & paying an advance fee of £98.40. Looked at the appliance, said he needed to call the office to ok some parts & left. In the house less than 2 mins. After he left the job was marked as completed. I have attempted via multiple means, including NAC (Domestic Appliances) formal feedback link to obtain a refund as no work was done & the repair falsely marked as complete. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining any acknowledgement or response to my complaint nor managed to get past a bot which simply asks me to rebook the repair. I can't rebook the repair as no repair was ever carried out & the next available slot was some weeks away, so I had to replace the appliance. I have since found a local service supplier who I will go to in the future. A very bad experience for me in dealing with this company & I have contacted them to request a refund which they have not acknowledged. I have a screenshot of my complaint as submitted via their feedback portal as you do not get copied in once submitted nor any acknowledgement or for me response.

Engineer Robert hill was fantastic

Washing machine making a terrible noise on spin. Found the number through google search & spoke to a lovely lady called Helen. She explained the cost involved thoroughly and made an appointment for an engineer to call that day. Robert arrived in the afternoon and within an hour, washer out, stripped, repaired and put back (a trainer liner sock had somehow got itself stuck !). A great find a would highly recommend using this company. Many thanks.
