The whole process from initial phone call to arranging an engineer found staff were pleasant & professional, communication was excellent with regular updates on date & time & suitability with option to confirm or rearrange..engineer Greig Steadman was very professional and was more than happy to answer any questions or advice on the issue i had with my washing machine..and useful advice I wasn't aware of regarding the make of my machine..the problem was located and part required which was ordered that day and fitted few days later. Area was left clean & tidy. Payment was very straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greg and would have no hesitation in using them again for any of my other appliances

Very quick response to my problem with an engineer arriving the same day. Lovely polite lad who got to the bottom of the problem in under 15 mins . Would definitely recommend this company. A bit pricey for 15 mins work but still a lot more reasonable than local.
