Very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of this company. Nathan identified the problem very quickly and within an hour I had confirmation that the part was ordered and he would be back as soon as it was received. Everything in full working order now. Excellent!!

Very professional and informative, great communication. Nathan was fantastic.

This is my second time using and reviewing NAC (Domestic Appliances) and this experience is just as positive as the first one. Really quick and easy to book an appointment online, message received the day before confirming appointment and an estimated time, and a call from the engineer Nathan when he was on his way. Nathan is friendly, explains what he is doing and why and was very helpful when asking questions about the washer/dryer. Within an hour of his visit NAC (Domestic Appliances) messaged to tell me the price of the parts before I went ahead with the repair and and a further appointment was booked for Nathan to return to complete the repair within a couple of days . Trouble free process from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

Nathan the technician turned up on time and at short notice. He explained what he was doing at each step. He managed to regas the unit and get it working.

The service was good but had to wait for a week for a part.

The engineer came the same morning, and dealt with the problem efficiently.
