First time I have used Nick, decided to book having read the excellent reviews, wondering if they really can be that good. I wasn't disappointed. The pre appointment communication is excellent, Nick arrived on time, very professional and friendly. He set our expectations got to work and completed the job. It is quite a joy to get such good service. I will definitely recommend and use again should we require.

Took 3 visits to get it fixed as the fix for the induction hob fault wasn’t obvious, but our engineer Nick persevered. Would recommend as it’s a fixed fee including the initial call out to diagnose the issue.
