Prompt efficient service , kept me informed of the situation , Danny helped in every way possible .

Booked an engineer to repair my washing machine and he established that the drum needs replacing I later received an email stating that as it’s a very costly repair it is beyond economical repair. My gripe is that I paid £102 that is supposed to include repairs with no additional charges with the exception of parts. The engineer analysed the problem but didn’t carry out any repairs this is false advertising and I have basically paid a £102 call out charge. Update despite response on my review not been contacted or offered a part refund not happy.

The service was great but you couldn't repair my job so was disappointed in that side of the job,thankyou for yr service

Danny was punctual, polite and efficient. My one criticism was that he took at least 10 phone calls during his stay with us answering questions from other technicians. I don't know how he concentrated on my job.

Danny was very polite and obviously knew what he was doing. I have to say his mobile rang at least 10 times during his visit with work related queries from other engineers. I don't know how he kept his concentration. He was being sent photos and questions throughout his stay at our house.
