Your engineer Taylor was very polite and very informative. He was a very nice young man who had taken the time to explain the fault and was then able to make the repair. I am very pleased with how his visit and the repair was carried out. Also when I booked the visit which was Friday morning your receptionist was also very helpful in the fact that she arranged for Taylor to visit in the afternoon. So all in all I was very grateful to get the machine sorted out in the same day. So thank your staff very much.
