1 star. NAC (Domestic Appliances) attended for an F15 error, diagnosed a blocked dryer unit and said it was fixed. The same F15 fault returned around a month later, still within their 3-month repair guarantee. They are now refusing to inspect it without another £102.24 call-out, claiming the repair was “incomplete” because I declined separate work for shock absorbers and a cracked chassis, despite confirming in writing these were separate faults. Very disappointing after being told the repair was guaranteed. Would not use again.

NAC (Domestic Appliances) REPAIR, i can never recommend it to anyone. I called if they can repair my washing machine which the lady i spoke to asked me about the problem, she quickly discovered that the drum needed to be changed. Engineer (Jonathan) came the same day asked me to pay £102.24 for the call out and repair which I have to buy to pay for the drum. I accepted. Since Monday 10th of August 2026 which today is 19th of August 2026. They have not get back to me. I am a pensioner, £102.24 is not easy for me to throw away just like that. So I don't recommend.

Really good communication. The company are very easy to book with and flexible on times. The repair man who came out to use was really clean and tidy. Communicated clearly what was wrong and how it would need to be fixed. He went out of his way to be helpful. Very please and will use again.

I telephoned Jonathan in the morning because of a problem with my fridge freezer which was freezing up and then melting causing water leaks. I was told someone would call that day. I was given his name and told he would phone when he was on his way. The engineer did this. He checked over the fridge freezer and found the fault. He repaired this quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with this Company and would definitely use again.
