Repair appointment was very easy to book online. Tim kept in touch throughout and answered any phone calls or queries promptly. Engineer Mark quickly sorted out what was necessary to repair my oven, ordered the spare part needed and showed it the price before proceeding to make sure I was happy. He arrived at the time agreed and repaired my oven quickly and efficiently with no mess. Would not hesitate to call Tim again.

When I rang N & T Appliance Repairs about my gas hob not working properly, I was offered a next day appointment. Excellent, efficient response from the start to finish. I didn't ask the engineers name, but the repair wasn't straightforward. It took time patience, and knowledge to work out what the problem was. The gentleman was able to complete the process by repairing the electrical fault to a gas range cooker. No parts were paid for. Thank you
