The engineer was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained why the fault had happened. He gave me a handy tip to keep the drainage tube clean.

Lovely engineer, James, a local boy, arrived promptly and, although not able to make repairs to my old w/m, did advise how and where to buy a replacement quickly. Have now received a new machine and all is right with the world.

Lovely people at the office who booked the engineer. James the engineer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is upfront and free from hidden extra costs. Good experience all round. Highly recommended.

The engineer turned up on time and carried out the repair very speedily and efficiently and also made very sure that no damage was caused to surrounding units/flooring. He also gave very helpful advice about other Miele appliances!
